1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Used Parts

All engines and transmissions we sell are used (recycled) OEM parts removed from donor vehicles. They will show normal signs of wear and age. Descriptions, mileage and photos are provided in good faith based on the information available to us and may not be guaranteed as exact.

3. Fitment and Vehicle Information

We match parts using the vehicle information and VIN you provide. You are responsible for giving us accurate information and for confirming fitment with your installer before installation. We are not responsible for parts that do not fit because of incorrect or incomplete information provided to us.

4. Online Orders

Parts listed in our online shop are sold at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm it by email after payment. Because we sell used parts, each listing may represent one of several matching units in our network, and we confirm fitment against the VIN you provide before dispatch. If the part cannot be supplied or does not match your vehicle, we will contact you and offer a matching alternative or a full refund. Online payments are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal's terms.

5. Quotes, Pricing and Payment

Quotes are based on current availability and are valid for [X] days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Sales tax is charged where required. Some parts may carry a refundable core charge. Payment is due in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6. Shipping and Delivery

Parts ship by freight carrier to the address you provide. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. A business address with a loading dock or forklift may be required for some deliveries, and residential or liftgate service may carry additional charges. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the part is delivered. Please inspect parts on delivery and report damage as described in our Return & Warranty Policy.

7. Warranty and Returns

Warranty coverage, exclusions, installation requirements, returns, restocking fees and refunds are governed by our Return & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the limited warranty in our Return & Warranty Policy, all parts are sold "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a part or order is limited to the amount you paid for that part. We are not liable for labor, installation, towing, rental, loss of use, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

10. Communications

By submitting your information, you agree that Axentra Auto Parts may contact you by phone, text message and email about your quote or order, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to marketing messages is not required to buy. You can opt out at any time.

11. Website Use and Content

Website content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and model names are used only to describe fitment; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information or interfere with its operation.
